Crystal Classics is one of the premier sources for fine mineral specimens. We carry one of the most varied inventories available, from classic UK locality specimens to outstanding worldwide minerals. Crystal Classics have been involved in the dispersal and sale of some of the world’s finest mineral collections over the last few years. We are well known for handling top quality classic minerals, and have supplied some of the finest and rarest specimens to private collectors and museums worldwide.
Crystal Classics was formed in the early 1990s by Ian Bruce, fuelled by a life long passion for collecting minerals, and an unquenchable fascination with their form, beauty and sheer variety. It was started as a vehicle to sell specimens collected during trips to Australia, and has grown ever since, blossoming into one of the premier sources for fine mineral specimens worldwide. Ian now employs two staff, Robin and Luke.
Crystal Classics exhibits at all the major mineral shows worldwide:
- Tucson, USA (Jan-Feb)
- St. Marie, France (end of June)
- Denver, USA (mid-Sept)
- Munich, Germany (start of Nov)
and will also be at Tokyo, Japan in June 2006.
Over the last few years we have been working closely with American dealers Kristalle (Wayne and Dona Leicht), and this has led us to obtaining even more fine mineral collections.
