A translucent to opaque Cerussite crystal showing several 'arms' of sixling twinning. The terminations are mostly formed and have inclusions of an unidentified dark mineral. Two 'arms' have damaged terminations, but the rest of the terminations are lustrous with good crystal form where complete. Acquired during the Vaux expedition of 1929-30 this is a good historical specimen with attractive form and lustre. Accompanied by three old Academy labels. $750
