A single scalenohedral Calcite crystal exhibiting a 'cathederal' termination, with a much smaller flattened crystal growing at the base. The main crystal is clear and gemmy with a silky lustre, darkening at the base by the inclusions of matrix oxides. A very attractive and symmetrical crystal from this classic location.
