A large well formed Hematite crystal is the feature of this specimen, intergrown with several smaller Hematite crystals. The crystals are thick tabular hexagonal, with some bevelling along the edges, and the large crystal measures 35mm across and is 12mm thick. The base of the specimen is more massive with a porous texture. This is a good example of the thick tabular Hematite crystals that this location is known for, and it has exceptional mirror-bright lustre.$1250
