Tsumeb Mine, Tsumeb, Otjikoto Region, Namibia
50mm x 70mm x 20mm
Multiple spherical clusters of sharply formed dark brown/green Beudanite crystals (to 6mm) are scattered over a finely crystalline coating of Beudantite on a ferruginous Quartz matrix. The Beudantite exhibits superb adamantine lustre. This is a reasonably rare mineral, and the best crystals are thought to come from Tsumeb. It is unusual to have the combination of bigger than microcrystalline size crystals, rich coverage, and have an aesthetic specimen that displays well.$4000
