Ojuela Mine, MapimÃ, Durango, Mexico
25mm x 44mm x 26mm
A rich Legrandite specimen from classic Ojuela Mine, Mexico. The Legrandite crystals are gemmy and bright yellow, with superb lustre. Elongate crystals with chisel-like terminations grow in divergent clusters from the matrix, measuring to 1cm in length. Between the larger gemmy yellow crystals are small (<2mm) crystals with a Limonitic coating colouring them orangey-yellow. An aesthetic, and brightly coloured specimen.$1000
