A small amount Calcite coated matrix is richly encrusted with thick (8mm!) tabular bright orange Wulfenite crystals possessing superb sub-adamantine lustre. The crystals measure to 2mm width and have the typical 'licorice allsorts' layered stripes. The crystals are intergrown in all directions which highlights the smooth faces under light from any direction. Probable Endlichite forms a light brown satin-like botryoidal crust between the Wulfenite crystals. A superb Wulfenite from Los Lamentos.
